We use this product for our 16 month old daughter whenever she gets a bad rash. All we do is fill her tub a little less than usual, add this stuff in, and let her sit in it for as long as she will. Of course you can make your own mix by just using oats and chamomile tea, but this is just so convenient. We store it in the bathroom so it's always within reach. My only complaints are 1. it get be a little messy since it doesn't really get absorbed into the water and 2. it's milder than if you use your own oats and chamomile (which is great for newborns but not so great for rashes as you want it pretty concentrated.)

This is all we've used in our baths for our new baby to date(she's 9weeks). It is so gentle, I just love it(and I think she does, too!). The little pouch works well, we have mostly put it that and then gently swished it around. I also used it on my 2yr old when he had some weird allergic reaction to something. It really helped calm whatever it was down. This is one product I would love to give to every new mom as a shower gift- so their baby's first bath would be free from chemicals!
