I have tried other shimmer powders in the past and was disappointed in this one. It comes in a very small container with a powder puff in it. When it arrived the puff was already saturated with powder and the small container does not give much room to tap off excess. The color was very strong and resembled the color of Ooompa Loompas in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". Would recommend using a makeup brush to apply, and that, very sparingly.
