This is a very soft and creamy pencil. Easy to apply and did not irritate. A bit pricy. The color is a bit tricky to pull off but it worked well on my fair skin and dark hair.

It's not! 100% Pure products are vegetarian or vegan, free from toxins and are safe to use (so long as you're not allergic to the ingredients).
