gDiapers gCloth inserts M/L

Very trim

Jenni

I loved how trim these are and they work great for my toddler, but my younger son is a heavy wetter and pees right through these.

A little pricey but worth it

TESSA

These are very absorbent and great for babies with sensitive skin. My daughter has never had a diaper rash and we exclusively use gCloth or gRefill. At night I layer a small insert and medium.

Didn't work for us

Alycia

We had horrible leaks when we were using the gcloth. They would bunch up horribly. I felt these were too long and too narrow. Had to switch to prefolds and Flour Sack Towels as inserts. They worked much better.

Love gcloth

Sommer

I really love using the gcloth. It is very absorbant and very easy to wash. I feel it is really soft against my little ones tushie and I like that a lot too!

We use these exclusively

Makenzie

I love gcloth, they are super soft against my LO's sensitive skin and absorb perfectly! We double up for night and she can go 10 hours without a change. Perfect!

Good product

M

We started using these when we started gDiapers. I love them.

Great, but not for heavy wetters

Jenni

I started off with gcloth. It works great for my 2 year old but my little guy is a heavy wetter and pees too fast and too much at a time for the gCloth to absorb fast enough. Otherwise I think they're great!

Pretty Okay But Better Options Out There

Kourtney

We started out exclusively using the gCloth inserts and while they worked okay, it was frustrating how they bunched up and were not very absorbent for our son, whom we consider a heavy wetter. I do LOVE how very soft they are. It was frustrating to need to wash and dry them a full 6 times before they were prepped for the first use.

Soft, but not absorbent enough

M

Inserts are soft, but they don't seem to be absorbent enough (leaking problem). Perhaps I'm just not using them correctly, but it's worth it to keep trying. I love that it washes up easily and looks like new after each wash.

Two sides useful from infancy to potty training.

Kat

These inserts are very expensive for something that isn't organic cotton, but once you get over that fact, they are actually very effective. I used these on my daughter with the fleece side up when she was younger and the fleece whisks wetness away beautifully (now that she is potty training I use the cotton side up so she can feel the wetness). I have not had any absorbency issues that others have mentioned. I found these to be very absorbent. That said, I change diapers often because my little one has very sensitive skin and can't sit in a soiled diaper for very long. The inserts wash up nicely and sun is very effective for bleaching out any stubborn stains that won't come out in the laundry. All in all, I'm definitely sticking with these inserts, even though I wasn't crazy about the rest of the g-diaper system and won't be using it for my next baby.

great for a different purpose

melissa

These are great for doubles or layering on top of microfiber. I like a natural fiber to touch my children's skin. Sometimes when using a pocket diaper I will put one on top of everything else. I also use them for extra absorbency. However, I do not see them as effective as the only material to absorb in a diaper.

Great for travel

melissa

We cloth diaper all of the time while we are not traveling. We have found these to be extremely convenient while we are on the road. We used these with Flip covers while in Disney for 10 days. Worked great! My only slight complaint is that they aren't as absorbent as our every day pocket diapers.

So soft for your little one

Mandy5313

I would recommend these. So soft and absorbent!

Not the best

Ambria

The gCloth are pretty thin and not very absorbent especially for our (semi) heavy wetter. The gFlushies are much better. I wouldn't buy these at full retail price. They are okay if changed often or doubled up.

Great Easy Insert

Karen

The price on these inserts are the same everywhere you go, however, they are great!! They are very soft and very absorbant without a lot of bulk. The inital washing can be a pain (6 times) but it's worth it!!

These are great. Absorbent, easy to clean, and they don't irritate my daughter's sensitive skin.

gDiapers gCloth inserts M/L

Our Price:$29.99

Product Code 99-1001-MEDLRG

Quick Overview

med/lg gCloth inserts have a super absorbing trim fit that doesnt require folding. Six inserts per pack. Use with little gPants.

gCloth inserts offer a washable and reusable option for gDiapers. They are designed specifically to fit our soft little gPants so they dont require any folding. They provide the same trim fit as our biodegradable gRefills without giving up the absorbency.

gCloth absorbs, naturally. Two layers of soft 100% polyester microfleece wick moisture away from baby's bottom keeping it feeling dry and comfortable. Two layers of hemp/cotton absorb wetness and hold moisture in. The white side goes against baby's bum, the brown hemp/cotton side goes down.
Hemp doesnt wear out, it wears in. Hemp in particular becomes more absorbent with use so the more you wash gCloth inserts, the softer and more absorbent they become.
How to wash and care for gCloth inserts. For optimum softness, absorbency and sizing, wash gCloth inserts at least six (6) times in hot water without detergent before using. Expect some shrinkage in length. The extra washing is worth the effort, because gCloth inserts become softer and more absorbent the more you wash them. For regular use you can machine wash on hot and either line or machine dry. Please do not use fabric softeners. If you find that after some use your gCloth is losing some of it's absorbency you may have detergent build-up. Wash your gCloth on hot without detergent (or with just a little bit of dish soap) to "strip" your gCloth of that excess build-up and get them back to peak absorbency.
