My 2 1/2 year old has started to enjoy this, especially the blackboard side. He loved the dry-erase side but he started drawing everywhere, including furniture, with the marker so I took that away from him for now. He has also started to play with the letters and stick them on the board. I hope to use the letters and numbers eventually to practice writing with them, so this board will have long time use.

I love that it came w/both letters and numbers. We put them on our refrigerator, and some of them have started to peel off. The white board is no longer white, but I haven't tried any special cleaner on it. However, my daughter LOVES the chalkboard, and that she can take it any where.

My 2 year old loves this. It has great versatility and we sometimes put it up in our kitchen with the activities for the week listed on it
The only part i'm not a huge fan of is the dry erase side. Just like the boards in an office it can be hard to get all the marker off with just an eraser so keep some damp paper towels nearby.Posted 3/16/12

I love the versatility of this product. Since buying, I also realize we can't have chalk in the house since I sneeze like crazy, even from 10 feet away! So I'm super glad that it also has the dry erase board. The chalk side has become the the magnet board for spelling words with magnetic letters so it's all good! Overall, I've always been impressed by Melissa & Doug and this is no exception.

My 2year old and 4year old both use this to practice or just have fun on. Drawing and coloring never gets old for this age and this product makes for quick clean up and reuse. Also great for taking along on trips!

Why We Like This
I brought this home for Stella once I saw that she enjoyed putting things on the refrigerator. Since, it's not always ideal to have her in the kitchen, like when I'm using the oven, I like having this in any room she's in. She is able to handle the pieces easily. And, while she is too young to use the chalkboard and the whiteboard, Eden loves to write messages to Stella!
